Illinois Solar Services (“ISS”) owns and operates this illinoissolarservices.com website business. All references to “we”, “us”, this “website” or this “site” shall be construed to mean ISS.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by DFK Sales, INC (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (referred to as “TOS”). If you do not agree to these TOS, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Illinois Solar Services offers a comprehensive range of solar energy solutions, including:
Consultation: Personalized assessments to determine the best solar energy solutions for residential, commercial, agricultural, and municipal clients.
Design: Custom solar system designs tailored to meet the specific energy needs and goals of each client.
Installation: Professional installation services by certified technicians, ensuring systems are safely and efficiently implemented.
Maintenance and Support: Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support services to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
Financing Options: Assistance with financing solutions and navigating available incentives and rebates to make solar energy more accessible and affordable.
Additional Services: Includes upgrades, system expansions, energy storage solutions, and more as technology and customer needs evolve.
3. Communication Consent
By providing your contact information to us, you consent to receive text messages, emails from us regarding promotions, marketing ideas and best practices, notifications for enhancements to our software, and other various industry information. You also acknowledge that message and data rates may apply, and you are responsible for any associated costs.
4. SMS Terms and Conditions
We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats. Promotional messages may include special offers, incentives, and live event reminders. Transactional messages may include a reminder text message about your appointment you signed up for a demo, scheduled customer service call, or other reasons you may need to communicate with us.
Message frequency – you may receive up to 10 SMS (text) messages per month

How to opt out – to stop receiving SMS (text) messages, reply ‘Stop’ or ‘End’ to any SMS message received from us or email us at [email protected] with your full name and the mobile phone number used to text message you. We will respond as soon as we update your records to stop receiving text messages.

5. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Opt-In and Opt-Out
User Opt-in: By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting in to the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number, you agree to promptly notify us at [email protected]
User Opt-out: You may opt-out of the Program at any time. If you wish to opt-out of the Program and stop receiving mobile messages from us, or you no longer agree to these Terms of Service, reply “Stop” or “Quit”, and/or “Unsubscribe” to any mobile message from us. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request, and you may receive a onetime opt-out confirmation message. You understand and agree the foregoing is the only reasonable method for opting out. For support, reply ‘HELP’ to any mobile message from us.
Our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests modifying the foregoing commands, and you agree we and our service providers will not be liable for failing to honor requests which do not comply with the requirements in these Mobile Messaging Terms. We may also change the telephone number or short code we use, and we will notify you of any such change. You acknowledge any requests sent to a telephone number or short code which has been changed may not be received by us and we will not be responsible for failing to honor a request sent to a telephone number or short code which has been changed.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.
Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
Abide by all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
8. Limitations of Liability
We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the information we provide. We are not responsible for any actions or decisions made based on the information we convey. Information provided by a Shops potential or current customer using our software is accurate based on the customers input and we are not held liable for its accuracy. Transactions between a Shop and it’s customer is exclusive of us.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these TOS or engage in any harmful activities.
10. Intellectual Property
The forms, campaign content, website images, messaging, video clips, audio clips, and other marketing materials contains proprietary information and material that is owned by DFK Sales, INC and/or it’s licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use with DFK Sales, INC in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of these Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means without expressed written permission from DFK Sales, INC.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these TOS from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
